My small business, Kristina Frazier State Farm, is an award-winning customer service driven agency providing coverage, guidance, clarity & advice for individuals, families, and businesses across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Before starting my career as a State Farm Insurance agent, I was studying to be a Computer Systems & Telecommunications Engineer. After graduating, I felt there was something missing in my life that I just could not find with computers. It was a lingering feeling of wanting to work more directly with people and helping them in their everyday lives.

In 2014 I decided to step away from the tech world and dip my toes into insurance with State Farm. I felt I had truly found my passion and in 2017 I opened my very own State Farm office in my hometown of Bothell, WA.

By 2019 & 2020, I had become a Life protection plan specialist with a growing team of over 16 years of combined insurance experience together!

My philosophy for business is simple: put the customer & their needs first. This mantra is what has led me to retain and grow my team during the pandemic, and flourish within my community as a Woman Owned small business. I believe that my team should be available to help customers and ensure they get the coverage that suits their specific needs from the greatest days of your life to the worst days.

When I'm not working, you'll find me hanging out with my awesome husband, our two mischievous dogs, and our crazy cat that definitely runs the show. I’m passionate about traveling and love working with doctors who specialize in eye care. Advocating for better vision and helping others see the world more clearly is something that really inspires me!
